Overview
BluePointe Communications LLC was established in 2007 as an emerging small business to provide value to its customers in the areas of information technology, program, contract and financial management. The company provides engineering, technical, installation, and maintenance support of communications, network, and electrical systems and equipment. Recent experience includes the design and installation of Virtual Private Networks (VPN), design and installation of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems, on-site and remote support of networks, and strategic acquisition planning. BluePointe is an Authorized Partner of ShoreTel, a leading innovator in Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephony, and holds certified sales, advanced sales, product, and Certified Engineer status with ShoreTel. The company is also a Microsoft and Dell Registered Partner.

Management Team



Richard has an MBA in Finance and 24 years experience in finance, contract management, pricing, quality, proposal preparation, operations, and quality systems. He was formerly the President of MILCOM Systems Corporation; a large telecommunications business providing technical services and installation support to federal, state, health, and educational institutions. Richard is the business manager of BluePointe and has completed numerous ShoreTel courses and obtained ShoreTel certifications. He also consults with businesses in areas of proposal development, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness.


Chris is a degreed Computer Engineer with over eighteen years experience in business information systems. He has advanced knowledge and experience in the design, implementation and optimizing of technologies to drive business performance. As a certified ShoreTel VOIP engineer, he is able to ensure that systems are properly engineered to provide customers long-term cost savings, improved productivity, and true unified communications. Chris is sought after for his outstanding problem solving abilities and strategic planning for businesses with regard to information technology.


Walt joined BluePointe in October 2009. He has been in the Telecommunications industry for over 40 years and brings to us his diverse background and vast experience with large and mid-size client companies on a national scale. Walt was last, principle owner of two corporations in Tidewater Virginia: Network Communications Services Inc., a Telco and Data Consulting firm, and prior, National ComNet Services Inc., a Premiere Verizon Authorized Agency.

Walt employs a consultative, client-focused approach in providing cost-effective if not cost-neutral solutions for client's enterprise operations. Walt has worked with some of the largest clients in the national/global arena such as Johnson Controls, Waste Management, Smithfield Foods, and Select Medical.


Michelle joined BluePointe in May 2008. She has fifteen years experience with local and wide area networks, system and telephone administration, and end-user support with large and multi-location companies.
